QUESTIONS.

How much does 1-on-1 training cost?
Ages 7–9: $120 for 4 sessions (1 day/week) or $180 for 8 sessions (2 days/week). Ages 10+: $200 for 6 sessions (1 day/week) or $240 for 8 sessions (2 days/week). Multi-athlete households get adjusted pricing — message Coach Miller for a custom quote.
How long is each session?
Ages 7–9 train in 30-minute sessions. Ages 10 and up train in 1-hour sessions.
What sports do you work with?
All sports. Programming is built around the demands of your sport and position — football, basketball, track, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and more.
Do you train youth athletes?
Yes. We work with athletes as young as 7. Sessions are age-appropriate, focused on movement quality, coordination, and confidence before adding load.
