QUESTIONS.

Is this physical therapy?
No. We pick up where physical therapy ends. You should be cleared by your medical provider for unrestricted training before starting. We coordinate with your PT or athletic trainer when needed.
What injuries do you work with?
ACL, ankle sprains, hamstring strains, labrum repairs, concussion return, and most lower-body and upper-body athletic injuries. If you're not sure, fill out the intake and we'll let you know.
How do I start?
Fill out the Return-to-Play questionnaire on the site. It covers your injury, timeline, clearance status, and goals so we can build the right comeback plan.
How long does the comeback program take?
It depends on the injury, where you are in recovery, and your target return date. Most athletes work in 8–12 week phased blocks moving from controlled work to full-sport intensity.
How much does it cost?
