How does online coaching work?
After a quick onboarding call, you get a fully custom training plan delivered through your app. You train, send videos of key lifts and movement, and we review and adjust the plan every week.
Do I need a full gym?
No. Programming is adapted to whatever equipment you actually have — full gym, home garage, school weight room, or hotel rooms during travel.
How often will I hear from my coach?
Daily access via chat, weekly video form reviews, and monthly performance check-ins with benchmark testing.
What if I'm in-season?
Programming adjusts for in-season demands — lower volume, sharper outputs, and recovery built around your game and practice schedule.
